How much does shipping cost?
All orders from the KLRC and Real FM Online Store include free shipping!
How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, it takes 3-5 business days to process and print your order, and an additional 3-5 business days to ship your order.
Can I pay more for faster shipping?
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate alternate shipping methods at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently we are only able to ship orders within the United States.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax as required by law. Because KLRC and Real FM are located in Arkansas and our merchandise supplier is located in North Carolina, orders shipped to either of those states must be charged sales tax.
Can I place an order offline (for example, in-person at the radio station or at a station event?)
No. We are not able to accommodate offline orders at this time. All order must be made through the KLRC & Real FM Online Store.
Can I pick up my order at the KLRC or Real FM Studios?
No. All products ship to your address directly from our merchandise supplier.
What do I do if my order never arrived?
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
What is your return policy?
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com noting your order number. Please attach a photo of the item. Once verified, we will work to provide you with a replacement item.
If you are unhappy with the size you received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated in the sizing chart listed on the product's page at the online store. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. If so, let us know and we'll sort it out.
If the size of your garment matches the size listed on the sizing chart and is not damaged or defective, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. This is because all of our products are made-to-order and are not kept in stock. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How do you determine the prices of your products?
Our goal in running an online store for our listeners is not to make a big profit, but simply to allow those who wish to have KLRC and Real FM merchandise an opportunity to purchase it.
There are several factors that contribute to the costs of our products. First, all products are made-to-order and not kept in stock (because we don't have a giant warehouse to store everything in). This means our products cost more than they would if we were able to order thousands of them at a time. Second, product pricing includes our costs to process and ship your order. Third, product pricing takes into account the additional costs associated with running an online store.
